For the past several years, the LPOA has worked hard with the professionals at Southeastern Pond Management to develop a comprehensive program to promote the ecological health of our lakes and fish populations.

In 2018, the LPOA formed a park development committee for the purpose of laying out plans and raising funds to take undeveloped properties and build them into new parks and amenities for LPOA members to enjoy.

Every spring before Memorial Day, the LPOA gathers volunteers to clean up our community for the coming summer days on the water. From mowing to trash pick-up, LPOA volunteers make sure we have a beautiful place to spend our summers.
